01

Start with the surface you want

Choose a finish from the library or describe the visual direction you are exploring. Include reference images as a starting point, with notes about the color, texture, and reflection that matter to you.

  • Tabletops and bases.
  • Cabinets and casegoods.
  • Consoles, display pieces, and furniture components.

02

Describe the component and substrate

The useful details are the areas to be coated, the underlying material, any existing coating, and the shape of the surface. Drawings or dimensions help explain edges and curves; identify which parts actually receive the finish.

  • Substrate and current surface condition.
  • Flat areas, curves, edges, joints, and contact points.
  • Your current application process, if there is one.
03

Define the evaluation

Tell us whether you are choosing an appearance, reviewing a sample, planning a pilot, or preparing a supply inquiry. Include any use requirements you need to discuss and the product information needed for your internal review.

04

Describe the scale of material use

For a production inquiry, provide the number of components and estimated coated area per component or in total. A batch or monthly estimate is useful; an early estimate is welcome if volumes are still being developed.

  • Estimated coated area and unit of measurement.
  • Batch quantity or expected production cadence.
  • Production location, receiving ZIP code, and target timing.
